What is a French community without a Fromagerie?!
When Bothwell Cheese looked to launch their first company-owned retail store, they approached Entreprises Riel to assist them with developing certain aspects of their concept and navigating through the municipal permit process. Meetings were held with Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries to explore options to include a local craft beer. While the store boasts unique Bothwell products, it also offers a variety of other fine locally-produced products. This new retailer is exactly the type of business we need to continue to attract to the Boulevard to help create both community and economic vibrancy.
