Entreprises Riel has long sought to protect the former City of St-Boniface Civic centre. We have worked with proponents and the City of Winnipeg to explore different options for this heritage precinct. Our objective is to protect the heritage assets while bringing vitality to this important piece of the Provencher Boulevard strip.
