This two-building riverfront complex features five floors, each with thirty-three condominium units ranging from 900 to 1,425 square feet. The City of Winnipeg approved the plans in 2020 and the proponents have since been in presale.

We were pleased to work with Urban Ridge Homes on a beautiful new apartment project proposed for this address. The mixed-use development will boast 1,600 sq ft of retail space on the main floor and twenty-six suites above. While not yet fully approved by the City of Winnipeg, public consultations have taken place and the project was very well received.
