We were pleased to work with Urban Ridge Homes on a beautiful new apartment project proposed for this address. The mixed-use development will boast 1,600 sq ft of retail space on the main floor and twenty-six suites above. While not yet fully approved by the City of Winnipeg, public consultations have taken place and the project was very well received.
